I will do that right now. I have repositioned the power heads. I have a few people that is giving me macro algae and ls on sat when I go to salt lake. I have fed the tank the garlic once already and not much change but I will continue to feed it to him. I have been leaving the light on longer and taking a sample of water to the aquartium and have them test it as well get a kit on sat while out there.
I just need info on how to build those lights so I can get bulbs in salt lake and info on which ballest I need to order from the web page u sent me. I also had one question. I won't be able to get snails and crabs 5 - 10 days after sitting up lights unless I order them online from saltwaterfish.com. I can get them in salt lake on sat but the lights r not set up yet so didn't know if it had to be with in that specific day period.
Let me know how to build the lights and snails and crabs and what kind of snails and crabs I should get. There are some snails on ksl.com that were blue legged and snails that were nassarius or cerith. I have gotten the salinity up to 1.025 and going to get another hydrometer to double check the reading also new filters for my ro system to make sure my water is being filtered. There are a couple reason I don't like the Fiji up front or the GE in back. The bulbs are wasted. The Fiji is only hitting a few corals with the red spectrum being at the front and same for the GE.

Here is how I try to decide orders.

You want your corals to get a full spectrum. With the way you have it now, all of your blue and actinic is focused in the middle. The corals under those bulbs are not getting the reds, greens, and yellows from the Fiji and GE bulbs.

So by spreading everything out a little, it will help all of the corals receive what they want. If you have a cool pink coral in the back of the tank, try moving the Fiji back there to highlight it.

That is how I look at it.

I have alot of diff kinds of stuff, what are you set up to handdle; softies, palys, LPS, SPS. Let me know I live in roy and have a tank full of stuff that needs to be cut back, from mushies to LE sps.  Let me know or let meknow if you want to stop by and take a peek.
