Yes, the fact that there are a group of people that respond often and courteously to almost everyone's questions make this board more than a rarity - it's unique I would say. And I think that more people will gravitate to the board from out of state because of them.

Just wanted to start a thank you note to all those who have helped me and everyone else.  It's nice to find people that give you advice learned from experience, and real life who are willing to help and share.  THANKS ALL

How many years experience do all combined have?

Also, I find it neat and interesting how many people not from utah we talk to on this board, and how many of them keep coming back for more help.
