I am looking for a small tank/bottle (about 3-5 gallons) for use in a
kalk reactor type top off device I've been thinking up.
The idea is to have this type of tank fill from a top off device like
jfinch's with a solenoid valve and a low on switch/float valve, and a
high shut off switch/float valve. The water would then just feed
by gravity to a float valve in the sump from below the low switch to
ensure a constant supply.
The reason it needs to be conical is to direct the kalk powder down
toward the inlet on the bottom of the "V." This should make it so
that when the solenoid opens the fresh incoming water will effectively
mix the kalk into solution.
Let me know what you think and if you have seen anything similar anywhere.
Thanks,
