Great meeting. I can't believe we won the pump - we never win anything. Whoo - hoo! Of course, there won't be any water left in the tank once we start it up - it will blow it all out on the floor, along with all the coral and fish. I can't wait to try it.
Hey Ryan, how are you feeling today? You know all that stuff was raw, right?

Good Stuff
My wife told me not to even think about using her new blender - bummer
Adam, can I come to your house to make food?

Feeling fine, only problem is my wife won't kiss me now...... should not have told her. Jake and Adam are not Iron chefs though, more like Iron Stomach Chefs. Actually the thing that helped the most was the Nori in mix helped to mask some of the other flavors like frozen goby and squid. I especially liked the urchin row, reminicent of ball bearings with a slight afterburn, had a boquet on it like an aborigine's armpit (monty python reference).

You know Ryan - you should try an experiment. . . Go to the tank and breathe on the water. . .see if the fishies come towards the horrible smell. What a sport! If you see Ryan give him a big-high-5!!

I drop off the donated food to the Utah Foodbank this afternoon. We were just shy of 500 lbs. Thanks everyone that donated.

I thought the meeting was really fun! I did get some pics: There were lots of members in attendance! Blundell looks cute in his superman shirt! I like the distance this little guy is keeping: Smart Kid! Yummy stuff! OK, I did love the presentation, and the presentators were really cute, but I did notice a bit of mis information spewed: Seahorses are not stupid!

I finally got the fish smell out of my magic bullet. I had to soak it in vinegar and put it through the dish washer 3 times.

I had some of the mixed food fall on my shoe. We left for Lake Powell Friday morning and my shoes sat in the house until Monday night. When I came into the bedroom, I had flashbacks of the meeting!
Its amazing just how potent the smell is! BTW, I fed the desiccated bit to my fish - they loved it.
