Nice! I was wondering how you were going to make that work. Looks great and sounds like it is pretty efficient too. Sweet!

Too early to tell.
I'm usually at 4 gallons per day.  I'm guessing I'm only at 5 gallons now... but I really haven't checked to measure and see.

I just installed mine, was having temp issues, lights shutting off and back on all afternoon.  Just put it on and temp went down .3 degrees in 1/2 hour with the lights on.  I also added two small fans blowing under the halides across the tank water.

BTW, they sell these types of fans at wal-mart now $40.

Does anyone know how to pull the graph off of my ACIII?  I would love to show what happened to my temps by installing this.

Got it.
The jagged parts up around 80 degrees is where my halides were turning on and off all afternoon and evening.  You can see the hour I put the new fan on.  I just screwed it to the back wall of my tall stand and pointed it at the water.  It really moves the water surface a lot, which really makes it evap a lot of water.  Great fan, Great price.
