I might be mistaken but this looks like an entire thread you could rant in! 

Seriously though, I can see why this topic may be controversial because it's unfair to make a business look bad on one bad deal, especially if the customer is also to blame.  On the other hand though, it's nice to know where you can shop and get a good deal.  I think a comment board like what Walmart does on their online items is fair enough.  People could read the good and the bad comments and decided for themselves.  Plus sometimes it's hard to know where you can buy certain things or where you can get the best price deal or service deal depending on what the customer is looking for.

Personally I think Jeff may be onto something here.
