Okay I published my Fish Food Recipe. It changes often but this is a general recipe (Jake feel free to link this in our articles section). Let me know if you guys have any questions......
You mentioned in your article that you use liquid phytoplankton to thin your mixture. Do you use plain 'ole nannochloropsis (green water) or do you use an algae paste like Tahitian blend?
I know this has been done, but I think we should include it in our next DIY meeting.
BTW, I think it is totally cool that our President is publishing articles about the hobby! THANKS.
Shane- thanks. I use plain old nano. But that is because I never had Tahitian blend until recently. Right now I have a 2 liter bottle that I fill with water (tap water as well) and just squirt in a bunch of tahitian blend to pour into my tank. I'm sure I will just use that next time I make food.
Shane- one more thing. I've switched from writing in the "Scientific Community" as they say to the "Hobbyist Community". So you'll see a lot more articles from me during the next 6 months.
