Hi,

I just got into this hobby about 7 months ago.

I have a 55g bowfront corner tank.  I have no sump or skimmer!  I would like to have both, but I have it on an entertainment center, so no sump, and its a corner tank, so no room for a skimmer.  I do have about 5 inches of clearance behind the tank, i may add one soon.

I have a pendant (hangs from ceiling) 10,000k 150w metal halide and 2 32w actinic blue lights.  I have a koralia 3 and one smaller powerhead.  I think i need more flow, I usually battle cyanobacteria....

My filtration basically is only a rena filstar xp2.

Right now I'm transitioning from live rock to a big piece of vidarock.  So the picture below shows the tank as very crowded because I'm trying to seed the vidarock.

I have the following livestock:

- Two wild caught clowns w/bubbletip anemone
- Yellow tail damsel
- Foxface Rabbitfish
- Copperband butterfly
- Banner cardinal
- 4 green cromis
- too much xenia corals

As soon as I seed my new vidarock, I'll be ready to start adding some coral frags.

I'll take some better pictures soon, and in a few months I think it'll look much better!
