I have been reading about this stuff for a couple of days and am thinking about using it.
Has anyone in the club used it? Where can I buy it? All comments would be appreciated!

If it were me, I would ask myself these questions.
What are my plans?
What am I trying to do for this tank?
What have I done lately to this system and when would it be safe to make the next change?

It's a nitrate-phosphate reducer you run in a reactor. There are alot of people getting great results with it and it cost 1/2 as much as np pellets

Its solid vodka dosing. Bugzme, I have heard if you call Warner Marine they will sell you a bag. They aren't quite done getting them ready to start shipping out to there suppliers but they will sell you a bag if you call.

Is that simlar to bio pellets?  If so, check this thread out.

This guy and others are doing it with raw white rice.  It's just solid carbon dosing with large surface area for bacteria to colonize.

Thanks Sterling. I have been reading those threads also. I like the idea of dumping the reactor water straight into the skimmer area. I believe it will help correct some minor problems that I'm having

I am excited for this and I am trying them out as well. Love the np pellets and I do believe that this will be even better. I do believe that it will help your tank tons Jeff. By the way it is time to stop over again some time soon.

I called and talked to Jon warner! Wow what a nice guy!!! The cost is $65.00 for 1 liter shipped! Mine will be here friday.
You can only buy from him until he gets the packaging done, after that there will be a few stores that sell it

Got my pellets and reactor today! They have to soak in r/o water for 2 days and then I will start running them. It will be at least 3 weeks before I will see any results
