So in continuation of my 40b rebuild I am going with 1x250 lumenarc mini and 2 36" Ati blue+. The dimensions of the reflector is 12x12x5 and my hood is only 9 inches high

Am I going to run into any issues by running my fixture only 2-4" off the water?

they may be some heat issues, but hey Coralife Brackets are around the same height i haven seen any problems what so ever
