Could be that it was sick and weakened already and then the increased flow made things a bit worse.
How long have you had the clownfish?
What are the other fish doing?
What is the tank like?
What do you feed?

I put in some new power heads today and now my clownfish is not looking good.  he's not really swimming around and just laying upright on the sand moving a little but not much.  did i blast him with too much flow?  Will he get used to this or can i acclimate him to the new flow some how?

I was just running the return pump for flow and then i added two korolia 1050's.  tank is a 58 gallon.
