So just after snorkeling in key largo, i decided to get into this hobby after wanting to for a really long time. i have a 55 gallon setup with no water in it yet and am researching like crazy to get up to speed.
This forum is proving to be invaluable.... feel really lucky to have found it.

definately ask as many questions as you need. If you come to a meeting before you get going, you'll be able to meet a few people that will help you out for set up and ideas. I'm sure a few of us out there will be willing to show you what they have and how they set it up.
