what is the best way to cut this stuff? I got a 110 im wanting to cut the top off of it.

If it's acrylic and has euro bracing I'd recommend leaving the top on, without bracing along the top the tank will bow and eventually rupture a seam from the stress.

Im using the tank for reptiles so will only have like 4 inchs of water in half the tank and land in other half.

You could use a table or circular saw with a high blade count. Then to really clean it up and make it look nice run a router around it taking off another 1/16". You can also run a torch across it quickly after you router it to "polish the edge".
