Hi everyone its been a while since I have been on here I haven't had many problems, but my acans and candy cane corals haven't been looking so good, there feeder tentacles haven't been coming out at night.

SG 1.026
Calcium 500 PPM
DKH 7
PH 8.1
phosphates and nitrates are 0

I have recently added a starfish (not too sure what kind im thinking its a spiny star or fromia) a yellow choris wrasse and a cleaner shrimp, none of which I have seen anywhere near the acan coral.
:)

Hard to see from the pic, but is the skeleton showing?

Is there a lot of flow on them? Once I upgraded powerheads LPS and scans especially started to have a really hard time. Once I moved them out of the flow into a real calm area they have been doing great.
Indefinite hiatus from sw aquariums.

Once I have my glorious return I'll set back up the following.
50 Gallon rimless cube.
180 Gallons mixed reef paradise

A full tank shot would really help out.

What is your magnesium? I have found that LPS rely on Magnesium and if there isn't enough in the water, you will have major problems with them.

I would also try to bump your alkalinity up to at least 8dkh. 7dkh is fine but you are right on the edge of acceptable.
