The SWC 180 has sicce 2500, it's the SWC 160 which has the Atman 2500.

Some brief research: The PSK 1000=880GPH@60w; PSK 2500=660GPH@25w. So it would appear that EA skimmer performs better

The SWC 180 uses the the older Sicce PSK-2500 which is well know for having start up issues. The Sicce PSK-1000 is the new version of the PSK-2500 and has a better designed pump housing which eliminates the start up issues. My skimmer would be pretty comparable to the SWC 180.Smile

I haven't officially released them yetSmile I have a few running in some tanks and so far they are doing pretty well. I can build you one if you would like, but I am about 3 weeks out on anything right now I am crazy busy with some big custom jobs right now. The mfg says 60 watts on the pump. I haven't hooked up a meter to check for sure though.
