Um, so why did our cleaner shrimp just go from a white belly to a yellow belly?

Deeper color in living organisms is a good thing. Marine organisms usually turn white at death. Many are close to death by the time we get them. The change in color means the Shrimp is doing better, recovering from the stress of moving through the various holding tanks to your aquarium.
