Here's a picture of what my skimmer pulled out in 3 days was a little worried that a skimmer rated for 180 gallons would even pull anything out of my 29 gallon tank but you can see that its pulling black sludge.

I've got the 9002 with the inTank cup upgrade in my RSM130 and it has been nice. If you wanted, I'll bet a sump could be run via the chiller cut out in the back of the RSM hood. I'm adding a Aqua UV unit and have been thinking about a small/simple 10g sump as well.

My plan as of now is just to throw the Tunez nano skimmer in there, it fits right in the back of the RSM. The biggest thing is i want to leave the hood on so i don't plan on running a sump.
