Easy, Well not too easy, just got done moving my 75 with 100+ corals and an anemone...Didnt lose one thing, and my anemone split in the process and no ammonia spike.)  Your going to need buckets of course to transport your water and your rocks.. Get all of your rocks out and place them in 5 gallon buckets then fill them with water. It should be covering all the rocks... Then catch your fish and put them in another 5 gallon bucket... (Get 5 gallon buckets at homedepot, Lowes, or a paint store... Rinse them first.) In another bucket fill it up with water and put your fish, and shrimp  in it. Leave your sand bed untouched. Dont scoop it out!!! I used plastic cups in a storage bin to transport all my corals, With just enough water to make it so they wont spill out... Then transport everything to the new location fit all the pipes how you want it and then place live rock in there. Aquascape. Add water (preferably through a filter sock) and then add fish but you must acclimize them there water must be same temp as water in tank... Luckily i did it on the right temp of a day and my temp loss and gain was very minimal... Goodluck!!!
This is more than a hobby; its a lifestyle.
