Great! I won't worry about it. I was irresponsible and got some stuff from a friend without inspecting it first. So I'm finding all sorts of things on the rock. But so far they all seem to be good things.

I'm no expert, but that looks like hidden up coral Phyllangia Americana, when it is happy and out in the open. I had some hitch hike in on some live rock and it looks exactly the same. Anyhow some people like it, some people hate it, but in my experience its tough.

That's what I was thinking too, and as far as I noticed I didn't see it the first couple days I put the rock in. So maybe it was the last about to die before I got it and decided to come back?
