So the ballast went bad in my tank and I was wondering if anyone knows where to get a replacement. The last ballast that I had in there was the Workhorse 30. Its the style that has the external ballast box and its kinda small. Home Depot ballasts are too long and won't fit in the box.

Aloha Gary,

Commercial Lighting Supply  (~2700 S. 900 W.) carries Fulham Workhorse ballasts and they are easily bought from online suppliers.
I have worked with Workhorse ballasts on more DIY and factory made lights than I can count.
There is a WH 3 and a WH 33 and they are pretty much interchangeable just different size/shape and different wire configurations.

Grainger, Codale , Qed ,ESP ,Platt ,EWS are all electrical supply houses that are local . Some may be cheaper than others and Mark may have hit the only local supplier  but i'm a price shopper :) if you need any help wiring it let me know
