Has anyone hung LED lights fom like a Kessil gooseneck mount, the kind of LEDS is TaoTronics. just curious how much weight the gooseneck could handle.

I'll give it a go.
The gooseneck is flexible, right? Flexible conduit becomes more flexible if it is oiled and less flexible if it is dirty or corroded. It's hard to say how much weight each individual gooseneck can support over what it was designed to hold.
I find several models of Taotronics LED's, but all of them look much larger and therefor heavier than the Kessil LED on the end of a gooseneck.
My guestimate to your question is that it won't hold up.
