here are some pictures of the aquascaping in my 180g upgrade , it's about 70% the way I want it now  and I have 20 lbs. of rock that just got cut and cleaned ready to go ! This Tank is only 10 months old and was started with all dry rock and dry sand, so far so good !

marcorock 20 lbs. prime cut , dry rock cut/drilled 80 lbs.  also used  1/4"acrylic, epoxy, 1/2" pvc

cuts were made on a Masonry saw with a 14" blade!

very nice I really like the look.  How did you attach the pvc to the acrylic plate? just glue?

I glued the two pieces of acrylic to have a 1/2" thick base then drilled through both for the 1/2" pvc  to slide through.  I then cut up a small pvc fitting to slide over the 1/2" pipe and it sits on the acrylic and glued it all up with all purpose cement ! turned out really strong !
