Ok, here is my current situation:
I have a 90 gallon with a brand new trigger system emerald sump that i just bought. the tank is well established and about 4 years old.
my buddy has a 175 gallon boyfront that he went crazy on. it has 3 neptune apex systems, a 75 gallon sump, dosing pumps, calcium reactors, oversized protein skimmer, plumbed into his house with the RO auto top off, etc. he hasn't done a water change in over 3 years and he has long tentacle and other anemone growing like crazy. he basically wants to sell this to me as a buddy deal for little to nothing (maybe like 10% of what he has invested) if i will hire professional movers and have it moved
my situation is this: i have 2 places to put this, either at my office or at my home. i want it to be at my home, but i don't think the current sump and skimmer will fit underneath anymore. he has all of that in a dedicated fish room. so, i can't do it at my home unless it is 100% self contained underneath.
I would appreciate any thoughts, etc.
