Yes, I have increased my Blues quite a bit. I ran another acclimation to get things adjusted higher. I used a LUX meter at the top of the water to see what the intensities were. It's the white light channel that really gives intensity. 

Check out this link and you can see my post that shows the basic theory I am trying to use with a LUX meter.

Wow!  Your tank looks great really fast!  Congrats on that.  It looks much better than most baby tanks I've seen this age, you've really thrown some great frags in there.  I look forward to what this will look like in six months or so.  Keep updating.
