I have both a flow pump and my main return sump pump that are not working. The motor hums but the impellers won't turn. I have taken them out, soaked in water and vinegar, and cleaned the best I could to no avail. Any other ideas, or are these dead? They're only 2 years old, I would expect them to last longer than that.

Sounds like the impeller is no longer spinning. This has happened to me many times before and I have to super glue the impeller portion to the magnet but to make sure I don't glue them to the rod they spin on.

If they are Jebao, they might be dead.  If they are a quality pump, an impeller might do the trick.

Best of luck to you.
