Saw this on a different forum and haven't gotten an answer. Anybody know what kind of fish this is and if it's reef safe?

It looks like a multicolor dwarf angel to me.  Maybe a venustus hybrid?
It is possible that longing for something is actually better than having it. Satisfaction is the death of desire.

It is indeed a multi-color dwarf angel fish.  I have had one in my reef tank for well over a year and have had absolutely no issues with it.

Can be very shy, but is reef friendly for sure.
