220g Tank as Package or Part Out

I have a 220g tank, sump, lights, skimmer, etc (currently up and running) that I’m taking down. I will make a package deal if someone is interested or sell items separately. The tank is a standard 220 with dual overflows as seen in the picture ($500). The sump is 55g (36" x 18" x 20") ($150). I have an ASM G-2 Skimmer with Sedra 3500 pump (new impeller for $200). I also have 3 MH 400 watt ballasts, lights (only 2 months of use on each bulb (14k Hamilton’s) for $125 each light) and 1 MH 250 watt ballast, lights (only 1 month of use on bulb (14k Hamilton’s) for $125).
