I thought we were talking about fish food????  I have tried a millon but my own reef mix of  cyclopeez, bloodworms, brine, mysis, clams, squid, greens, silver sides and fresh pressed garlic seems to keep them fat and happy...

I'm not so much concerned about ich. I'm more concerned about finicky eaters.

Jeff mine is above.  It is SO easy. Take every food they sell at the store( not the cube stuff only whole sheets) Brine, mysis, blood worms, silver sides, squid, and cycolprees ( only 1/2 a bar). I also go to Harmons and get a few fresh scallops, shrimp, and oysters. Chop them very small and then get a big bowl and thaw. I then add some sea weed and 5 or 7 fresh pressed garlic cloves and mix it all together. Put into zip locks and refreeze. It really feeds everything at once. I do still add JT's and hand feed a few that require it but all in all it feeds everything at once...Call me if you have any questions.. Good luck

PS: my fish love it when I make food because I stir often ( with my hands ) and wash my hands in the tank.. hee hee
