I'm getting ready to order a couple of these powerheads and am looking for some input into which flow rating you guys think I should get?

I'm wanting to run two of them, one on each of the tank. I'm starting to keep more and more SPS so my understanding is I want a good amount of flow for them. I also run a Mag 9, but am looking to upgrade that to a Mag 12 in the near future too, so that may factor into which PH's I shoot for.
