Built this for DIY chiller. They key components are the Lapp skintop sln strain relief connectors on the ends. Totally non-metallic and rated up to 70psi. Water will enter and exit via the two 1/2" pvc fittings buit will also go through a wye strainer and then a flow switch which is why one is threaded and one isnt. Here's the pics pretty self explanatory but if theres any questions just ask.
(18") 1/2" OD .020" walled titanium ($18 shipped) (11") 1" sch 40 pvc (laying around) (2) 1"x1"x1/2" Tees ($1) (2) 1"x 3/4" adapters (.50) (2) 3/4" strain relief connectors ($7 each) (2) 3/8" x 1/2" 316SS swagelok adapters (didnt include in price but they are about $15 a pop)
The strain reliefs you can pick up at any electrical supply or controls supplier. Just ask for nema 6 rated strain reliefs. Will be awhile till I get it put topgether as I'm still acquiring parts for new tank. Don't know how diy the refrigeration side is to tell you the truth but I will post pics.
