I don't have any experience with them. But... The pictures of the hole saws look identical to some that I purchased off an ebay store based out of Hong Kong.  They are low quality and I'm not sure how many holes you will get out of them.  The ebay retailer sells them for $4.99+$4.00 S&H.  So they can be had cheaper off ebay.  As for the bulkheads they are selling.  You can get those cheaper from customaquatic.com.  A 1" bulkhead from cutomaquatic is just $3.99.

Contact Chris Rogers, I know he bought a bit off of ebay for cheap and has used it several times.  He should be able to direct you in the right direction.
