The transhipper I got this from invoiced me as a Lobo Brain. I don't think this is a lobo. any ideas??

Each head is about an inch, it is sitting on a piece of 2" pvc.
I thought it looked like some kind of acan.

Looks almost like an acan echinata to me, but it could easily be some kind of lobo.

Does it open at night with the lights off and extend some tentacles? If so, I have the same coral and have been wondering the same question. I squirt a little mysis in there and it seems to love it.

You'll find lots of LPS corals will extend feeding tentacles at night. Things like Acans, trachyphyllia, wellsophyllia, favia, chalices and lobos all like to feed after dark for the most part.
