My skunk clown has one big puffy eye. She had started hidding in her anenome more and then I caught a look at her, and one of her eyes is all big and puffy. What can I do to help her?

A couple things.  I've had this happen to my anemonefish a couple times.  I've had trouble catching them and sometimes just left them in the tank.  About a week later... all better.  No idea why.
I've also caught them before and put them in my hospital tank.  Medicated, it cleared up, and they went back to the reef tank.  So you can catch them and treat them.  But you'd be surprised how often they simply get better on their own.

Sounds like a Pop eye disease. This is usually happen when they damage their eye tissue followed by a bacterial infection. It usually recommended to leave it, since catching it will cause more damage to infected eye. Keeping your water in great condition in will heal after some time

Smile Thank you both so much.  I don't want to lose her, that would be sad for me and her boy friend.

How old is your tank?  Have you measured nitrates lately?  What about ammonia?

BTW - I'm with Adam on this (if all the parameters listed above are ok).  Leave it alone and it will likely get better!
