I need to get some Mrs. Wages pickling lime for my kalk reactor, I've searched everywhere in Tooele but no one carries it. So where can I get some in the SLC area? I don't really want to buy it online and wait for shipping.

Hmm I bought mine at Walmart in Lindon, but I think it's a seasonal item - showing up more around canning time. I should also note that whenever I see it, it's never where you'd think it would be. They place stuff in the most random places.

Steve -

Pretty sure Walmart should carry it

Have you tried there?

The UT County WalMarts definitely carry it; I have 2 containers of it that I bought at the AF WalMart myself.

I have found it at Harmon's with canning stuff. It's been quite a while since I've looked though.  You may also try Reams.

Now should be the best time to find it since it is currently canning time.

I told you they are never where they should be! I think mine was by the electronics . . . that's what I did last time as well. Just bought a bunch of 1lbs bags as they were like 2 bucks each.

That you did. I'm just happy to have found some locally. My corals will be happy too
