I added 100lbs of live rock from anothers tank and the next day i noticed small white specks on my glass, after looking closer it looks kind of like a daisy. It has 6 legs and a off red dot in the center . I would post a pic but cant get 1 to turn out good with my phone camera. Any ideas on what it is and should i be concerned ?

Mmmm...maybe a staurocladia hydroid?  What size?  Does it move?  They're quite common with changes in tanks, and they'll often get back under control as the tank stabilizes.  I've never known anyone to have a problem with them if that's what they are (they're hydroids...jellyfish related...but they seem to be too tiny to cause problems).

i have only seen about 8 of them , 3-4 on my glass and the rest on my rock the few on the rocks seem to be turning brown. They started out a bright white. After being on the glass they release and float around a bit, and they are about the diameter of an eraser on a pencil. That pencil would be a #2 wooden pencil (LOL)

Sounds like Hydroids to me. Perfectly harmless and will probably die out soon, seems they never stick around long.
None at the moment

Sounds like hydroids to me too. Very common in new tanks and will die off in a few weeks.
