Read as much as I could before purchasing this guy, but you can only get so much info from the net, and nothing compares to the actual experiences of reefers who have kept these successfully.

Input...care tips....do's/do nots....tips and tricks...etc.

Dont have a lot of feedback yet as I just got mine a few weeks ago but it just keeps getting happier and happier. Mine is sitting on my sand bed with good flow and 250w halide.

I got one the other day and he seems sucked in quite a bit, he was happy the first few days but not  since then.  They like the sand bed right, not tons of light right.

We had a beautiful elegance for over 2 years and was beautiful! One day we woke up and it died.
Ours was in the sand bed under 250 MH and was happy as can be, until it's death.

Has anyone found a specific food they like a lot that keeps them healthy?

I've had the only one I've ever had close to 5 years now. Too be honest, I haven't done anything incredibly special. I've read a ton on them, but most of it would be tough to apply unless you did an setup just for them. Every month or two I do buy about a dozen live ghost shrimp and throw them in the tank, making sure it gets a couple of them.

I'll get a picture of mine when he opens up more, my lights just turned on 15 minutes ago. But like once a week I give mine a krill. He seems to love it... He's front and center in the sand bed, with medium flow sitting under 2 175 watt MH.
