Anemones require no extra feeding but they do like an occasional piece of raw shrimp.
Anemones move to find their spot.
When in doubt all new coral and anemones should be placed low to avoid sunburn.

Mark,

I am not sure what your thoughts are on this, but when I put in an anemone, I like to turn off all power heads for 4-5 hours while leaving the returns running for some flow, but I don't know what you think?

I don't usually change anything in the tank. Reduced flow is unhealthy. It reduces O2, increases CO2 and thus drops the pH. Why make the tank unhealthy, even temporarily?

A healthy anemone grabs ahold immediately.
If you are concerned about an anemone getting sucked into a powerhead then the powerheads should be built with protection before the anemone gets there. Do you know what I mean by "protection"?
