So i just got a 4 bulb aqauticlife t5 fixture and the bulbs that were in it produce to much yellowish light. I want to change them out for something that will produce better light for LPS. I prefer the look of just a bit of blue spectrum but not super blue....

i was thinking of something like....
1. ATI Coral Plus
2. 420/460nm
3. ATI Aquablue
4. ATI
True Actinic

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I run all ATI Aquablue Special and it's not "super blue" but it does have a nice blue tint.

That sounds great, i like my aquarium to have a hint of blue tint, but the super blue i often see in LFS displays hurts my eyes.

best combo for a 4 bulb fixture is currently:

(front to back) - Blue plus, Purple Plus, Coral Plus, Blue Plus

Enjoy!  This is a 15-18k look that will be sure to pop your reds pinks and purples without making the water look like pepto bismal.

This is the look I want for my tank. What's the best combo for an 8 bulb fixture?
