So Sunday i drove down to UT to pick up some live rock from a LFS. Everything went smooth but as i was walking by my tank today after work something caught my attention. It was a snowflake eel! Lol it caught me completely off gaurd. Heres a pic of the little bugger. Hes around 5-6 inches.

that piece of rock has all kinds of hiding spots and little caves so im sure he was in that piece when i got the rock. Im surprised he survived the trip. ill be contacting the lfs tomorrow so i can return what is theirs. just thought i'd share.
Brian.

I once had an eel jump out of my tank and his was dried out by the time I found him.  I was going to throw him away and I noticied that he tried to move.  I put him in the tank and his outer skin sloughed off after a while and he lived for years after that.

Eels are tough.
