What would you guys do with a 700 gallon display tank? I want some feedback because I may just set this up.

Tank demensions are 10ft x 3 ft x 3 ft.

End overflow and walk around.

What would you like to see?

A mermaid!!!...just kidding, something like this tank where there are sections with a "theme" with different aquascapes/ corals would be awesome. See about 2:13 minutes in for what I'm talking about http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKCLuIYBx30

Something that size I would like to try a clam reef  moving to Soft's in the middle then SP's at the other end and zoo's splashed through the full tank for balance.

A 700 gallon?  I would probably do an insane labyrinth of SPS or a large fish tank.  What is tough, is that at that size, you spend a fortune to stock the thing.

That size needs some suspended reef aspects and some Rays, you gotta have Rays!

Only light one end of the tank and have a nice patch reef with some large SPS colonies and plenty of small anthias, damsels, etc.  Let the light fade to dark at the other end.  Then, have a small black tip roam the tank.  Every time he comes through the lighted end of the tank the anthias and damsels would dive for the protective cover of the SPS branches.

That would be cool.

I love that idea Shane. I had thought of doing something like that on my 300. Thanks for all the input so far, got my imagination running now.
