So after some reading they seem reef safe and semi aggressive as most tangs. Anyone have one and how prone to ich are these compared to others ? I already have a yellow eyed kole that is close to full grown will there be any issues adding a juvenile white cheek ?

I had one for quite a few years they are kinda prone to ick just like any of the powder tangs are and as far as your Kole you would be taking a risk in them being aggressive to each other because they are similar body types

They are tough to keep.  Disease easy.  Not a fish I'd easily recommend.
