Just an update on this, I did three things and the green algae or cyano has all but gone away.
1) Turned off and removed my UV light about 31 days ago.
2) Started dosing Prodibio Bio Clean which is Bio Digest and Bioptim about 31 days ago.
3) Added a few "pockets" of non Utah oolite sand.
4) Removed my melanurus wrasse which was causing my cuc to hide all day.

I can not say for sure which helped the most if at all as I did all at the same time, and I also can not say it won't come back, but I can say I could see it 1st slow in growth and then slowly stop growing, now my fingers are crossed it stays this way.
