I bought a big thing of 100% white silicone, i didn't see it was white till after i got it so my question is, is it safe to use for a sump?

What brand and type.... does it have anti mold and mildew in it

the brand is dap, i don't see anything about anti mold and mildew, ill post a pic

Does it say anywhere in the wording, maybe in the fine print, that the cured sealant is mildew resistant? If so, that is the last thing we want in our tanks, because it will stop all kinds of necessary growth. I always use the clear DAP sealant that actually says on the tube that it's aquarium safe. I personally wouldnt use it..... do you see how on the pic mark posted it says it wont crack or shrink.... and your pic says minimal shrinkage. GE silicone 1 clear has worked great for many peoole
