| What are the qualifications for someone (like me) to get a message telling that I cannot post a message because spamming is not permitted? |

Actually here is how it works. You have to wait 20 seconds in between posts and you can only post a maximum of 5 posts in 10 minutes. If you exceed these limits then it considers you a Spammer.
