im starting to get this red algae in my Refugium is there something i can do to get rid of it,i have a 6500 bulb over the top and the plants are growing great but theres this red stuff poping up,please help ------------- hedgefish |

First, I'd leave it to grow there. That's the purpose of a Refugium - to grow algae there so it doesn't grow in the display. I'd add just a few snails to the Refugium to help in harvesting nuisance algae as it grows. I'd also recommend changing the Refugium light bulb to a cooler white. I would not encourage nuisance algae growth, even in the Refugium.
