I am excited to have found this forum.  I have started my first ever reef tank (biocube 29) and have been reading as much as I can about it.  It is 6 weeks old now and doing great!  Just thought I would say hello and if it wasn't for these kinds of sites I would be lost!  My goal is to purchase a much larger tank for myself for Christmas!  I am more interested in the corals than I am the fish, so I don't think I will have a problem with overloading my tank.

The fun begins!  And soon you will find yourself just as addicted to the fish as you do the coral.  This is a great site with a lot of knowledge!  So if you need anything or have questions ask.

Thanks for the welcome.  It has been difficult to go slow, but I am forcing myself to do that.  I thought this would be a very relazing hobby as I have always enjoyed LOOKING at reef tanks.  Now that I am getting into it I am very stressed LOL.  That is because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and daily if I see something different in my tank I have to figure out what it is, whether it is harmful, etc.  I'm scared to death of something "bad" happening and killing what is in my tank!  Last nite I notice white raised spots on two of my nerite snails.  Scared me to death.  Took an hour researching on the internet, only to fine out they are nerite eggs!  I was so relieved!  Oh gosh I hope eventually the stress subsides because I am enjoying this -- just afraid to make a big mistake and do major harm to my tank!
