    Any advice on the best way to frag this? My clippers, angle grinder, bolt cutter, Oxy/acetelyne torch, plasma torch, hack saw... sift for sarcasm

Air Hamer! If That dont work a frag saw is always a good choice.

Frag saw help me out? Tile saw, hack saw, band saw?Though I am partial to the air hammer

Tile saw works, but it's a bit of overkill. Big kerf on that blade.
