| Something on RO systems would be useful I think. Potentially something on calculating dosage and proper testing practices. Methods to reduce and get rid of hair algae. Something about tank cleaning. Could always do more about lighting. Something about the different types of corals and their requirements. |

How about more meanings about the big blue ocean like: Ocean conservation Best Snorkeling/Diving Highlight different geographic areas and the animals there Highlight different fish/animals and their unique qualities/lives What are current developments for captive fish breeding (like the yellow tang in Hawaii) Ways to post pics on the website  Aquascaping different techniques and ideas freshwater tanks seems to be a lot more creative, why not in salt water? Recharging DI resin Fish Food make your own vs buy best kinds most polluted ones Log Keeping what info needs to be tracked and why? Benefits? Process of a fish or coral being in the wild to your tank: Capture methods-some better than others. How to know and what to look for? whole sellers-do they hold them somewhere or what do they do with them? fish stores-what quarantine methods do each of the local stores do around here and what are they doing to ensure I'm getting a healthy fish? Photography more than clean your glass, don't follow the fish, use a tripod, etc. What lighting for photo (get the blue out) Adjust white balance? Shutter Speed vs Aperture vs ISO Principles of photography for an aquarium Avoid glare off of glass Corals change color under different conditions: What are the conditions do what to different colors? Why does a red planet go green? Why do they change under LED's? Water chemistry affecting colors? |
