Does anybody know this type of algea and how to get rid of it. I tried to scrape it off the rock and suck it down to the filter bad, but it comes back again within few days. I have not tested my nitrite and amonia yet.

It looks like Cyano bacteria to me not algae. There are lots of things you can do. Reduce feedings, water changes, increase water flow in the area where it's showing up, reduce lighting output/hours, chemically treat it, etc.

Unless it's growing on your corals and causing them issues it's really not something you should worry too much about.

Cyano is often part of the cycle. I would reduce feedings for a while and Check on your flow. Cyano doesn’t like flow!   If it starts to get bad, do a 72 hour total blackout. I would us chemiclean as a last resort.
