Should i leave my circulation/wave pump on at night? Its a Hydor 425gph. In a 32gal bio cube. Thank you!

That depends are you trying to mimick the ocean or something else? The Ocean never stops flowing it just ebs and flows. So if you are trying to match that either increase of decrease the flow or turn it off depending on how much other flow you already have through the system at night.
